Reviews

"I would rate this item very poorly. I purchased it as a gift, but when the recipient tried to use it, some items were listed as in stock while others were not. Despite this, they were still allowed to complete the purchase, only to be refunded later for the unavailable items. The issue is that shipping costs $30, plus another $30 in import fees. This means that using the few dollars they were refunded would end up costing over $50 in additional fees, making the refund practically useless. I've reached out to customer service in hopes of finding a resolution, but I have yet to receive a response. It's truly disappointing to see this level of service, especially when the item was intended as a gift."
