Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at shop@paddingtonbear.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at shop@paddingtonbear.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Please note that, for international orders, we are only able to provide a refund for a damaged or defective item. We cannot provide any replacement.

Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following types of items:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can up to 15 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
