Shipping policy

To ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas, please liaise with following order cut-off period:

Shipping with Royal Mail

For International Shipping:

The order cut off date is Wednesday, 10th December.

**Please note current Order Processing time is 4 Business Days and orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.**

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

We aim for all orders to be processed within 4 business days, however if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will do our best to keep you informed of these delays.

Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

Please allow additional time for delivery depending on your location and the method chosen at checkout. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will endeavour to contact you via email or telephone.

Compensation Arrangements

Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charged for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We work with Royal Mail United Kingdom. There have been changes in regulations due to COVID-19 and therefore delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please see our Covid-19 page for more information.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Paddington Store is not liable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

THEREFORE, WE ARE ONLY CURRENTLY ABLE TO SHIP TO: UK, USA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND & EUROPEAN UNION (AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CROATIA, REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GREECE, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN AND SWEDEN).

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have checked and understood the possible additional tariffs placed by the relevant country (delivery address), as a result of the country's import custom duties or VAT charges, before they place their order.
